Shipping

Shipping costs are determined by using the size and weight of the package, it will be calculated at checkout and added to the total cost of all items in the shopping cart.

Packages are usually shipped out within 48hrs after receiving the order. We try our best to get your order sent out as soon as we can. Please allow up to 72hrs for processing and getting the part shipped out.

Customers with orders of $80.00 CAD or more will receive free shipping within Canada. (Some restrictions apply.)

All orders are sent out from our warehouse located in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. All orders are sent out using Canada post’s various mail methods.

inthedirt.ca does not charge any additional handling fees for shipping.

When ordering multiple items, If you feel you have been charged too much for shipping, Please contact our sales team at sales@inthedirt.ca and we will look into the matter.

Returns

Returns are only accepted within 30 days of being shipped to the customer and must be in the same condition as it was received. (has not yet been installed) Most reasonable requests will be honored. Due to the nature of the products we sell, returns are handled on a case by case basis and some items are not eligible for returns.

Return shipping fees will be paid by the customer. inthedirt.ca will not reimburse customers for return shipping fees.

All parts are cleaned and inspected and packed with care. inthedirt.ca would not intentionally send out a broken item, In the event the customer receives a broken item, the inthedirt.ca sales team will handle reimbursement on a case by case basis.

In the event you received the wrong item due to our own internal error, inthedirt.ca will issue a return label free of charge.


Taxes

Under the Provincial sales tax act All businesses operating or making retail sales in Saskatchewan are required to charge a 6% PST (Provincial sales tax) and remit to the province. However… Under The Small Trader Guidelines Inthedirt.ca currently falls under this framework and we are not required to charge PST.

As per Canada excise tax act inthedirt.ca falls in the “small suppliers” category and currently is not required to charge GST.

inthedirt.ca buys and sells used items, we have a low sales volume and are considered a small supplier. As a small supplier we are not required to charge GST.
